Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No-Refund Policy on Digital Products & Subscriptions

AuraPix AI (operated by SB Photo Art Technologies, Vill-Jaisalmer, State-Rajasthan, India) provides digital cloud software, artificial intelligence photo clustering services, and online gallery hosting.

Because our software is delivered digitally via immediate cloud provisioning and access to proprietary AI algorithms:

• All sales and payments are final and non-refundable.
• We do not provide refunds, prorated credits, or cash returns for partially used monthly or annual subscription periods.
• Once an account has been upgraded to a paid tier (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise), the allocated cloud storage, high-speed CDN bandwidth, and AI face recognition processing quota cannot be reversed or reclaimed.

2. Risk-Free 3-Day Free Trial Before You Pay

To ensure you make an informed decision and only pay if you are completely confident in our platform, we provide a comprehensive 3-Day Free Trial for every photography studio:

• Zero Cost & No Credit Card: You do not need to provide a credit card, debit card, or UPI details to start your 3-day trial.
• Unrestricted Access: You have full access to explore and evaluate all 50+ tools, test AI face recognition on real wedding photographs, create client quotation invoices, and test flipbook albums.
• Assisted Onboarding: Our team is available on WhatsApp (+91 89552 34292) during your 3-day trial to assist with any questions or workflow demos.
• No Obligation: If you decide AuraPix AI is not suitable for your studio during the 3 days, simply take no action — you will never be charged.

3. Subscription Cancellation Policy

You can cancel recurring subscription renewals at any time:

• Self-Service Cancellation: Navigate to your Studio Dashboard under Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription.
• WhatsApp Cancellation: Message our concierge team at +91 89552 34292 stating your registered studio name and phone number.
• Active Until Expiry: Following cancellation, your studio workspace and active client galleries remain completely functional until the end of your currently paid billing cycle. No further automatic renewals will occur.

4. Genuine Billing Errors & Duplicate Deductions

While digital subscriptions are non-refundable, we protect studios in the event of genuine payment gateway technical anomalies:

• If your bank or payment gateway (UPI, card, net-banking) experiences a network failure and deducts payment multiple times for the same invoice, the duplicate payment will be refunded in full.
• Please notify our billing desk at aurapixpro@gmail.com or via WhatsApp (+91 89552 34292) within 48 hours with your transaction reference number.
• Approved duplicate reversals are initiated within 24 to 48 hours directly to the original payment source.

5. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

Studios may upgrade from Starter to Professional or Enterprise tiers at any point during their billing cycle. The remaining balance of your existing tier will be calculated on a prorated basis toward the upgraded plan.
